See a creator's balance and earnings

Step by step

1. Open Analytics or the creator finances panel and select a connected creator you can access. The report starts loading automatically; you do not need to click Refresh figures first.
2. Choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month or Custom dates. Apply custom dates when you change them.
3. Read available and pending balances separately from earnings. Balances and date-range earnings answer different questions.
4. Refresh figures is an optional manual update. Godeem loads on opening the report and keeps recent confirmed figures visible while checking for updates. The panel shows progress and any retry wait.
5. Compare gross with gross, net with net, and the same reporting dates in the platform. Use Export earnings to download an available report.
