Which Mac version do I need?
Open the Apple menu → About This Mac. If you see an Apple chip, choose Apple silicon. If you see an Intel processor, choose Intel.
Can I use Godeem without downloading it?
Yes. Choose Open in browser and sign in with your Godeem account. You can use the same agency workspace on the web and desktop.
How does the free month work?
Eligible new agencies get one calendar month free, starting when payment setup is verified. Add a valid payment method and review your terms in Godeem. AI credits are sold separately.
Can my team use the same workspace?
Yes. Each teammate uses their own account connected to the same Godeem server. Agency owners invite their team and assign access.
Does Godeem work offline?
An internet connection is needed for shared workspaces and connected account features.
Does AI send replies for me?
AI replies prepare a draft for you to review and edit. You decide when to send it. Conversation summaries, writing style tools and creator voice notes are available where the relevant service and allowance are enabled. Read the AI guide.
