Invite your team and assign creator access

Step by step

1. The owner opens Team and creates an invitation for the teammate's email and role.
2. Assign the creators the teammate should work on. Chatters only access their assigned creators; managers have broader agency access.
3. Share the invitation link using your approved team channel, or use invitation email when configured.
4. The teammate opens the invitation and creates their own login. They should not create a separate agency to join yours.
5. Review access when duties change. Revoke unused invitations and remove access when someone leaves.
