Understand pending, sent, failed and uncertain

Know when a message is confirmed and when it needs review.

Step by step

  1. Pending means Godeem has queued the delivery. Its worker needs a working provider connection to complete it.
  2. Sent means the provider confirmed a delivery identifier. It does not establish that the recipient has read or purchased the message.
  3. Failed means the send did not complete. Read the reason before deciding to retry.
  4. Uncertain means confirmation was lost or incomplete. Check the platform conversation first; do not send the same content again just because it is uncertain.
  5. An owner or manager can record a checked outcome in the delivery queue with a reason and, for a delivered item, its provider delivery ID.
