Photos missing or the vault will not load

Step by step

1. Check that you selected the intended creator and OnlyFans vault or Local uploads.
2. If one thumbnail fails, use its retry control. Use Refresh vault when you need a fresh library page.
3. For a payment or credit restriction, ask the owner to resolve the OnlyFansAPI account issue, then choose Check provider access when its countdown ends.
4. For an authentication error, reconnect the creator. For a rate limit, wait for the displayed retry time.
5. If the problem remains, create a support request with the creator name, time, action and error message. Mention whether other media still opens.
